Canary Islands removals – What we offer
Extensive personal and complimentary consultation
Because we know that international removals are more time-consuming and complex than regional removals, we always take the time to provide you with detailed advice. Since we are local and have years of experience, we are able to give you helpful tips about the country and its people in addition to regular relocation questions.
Furniture transport
Your furniture is collected at your home and carefully stowed in an overseas container. The wrapping of the furniture in blankets is included in our service. Of course, the transport of your car or motorbike can also be included in your removal goods.
You can opt for our full-service removal or you can load and unload the container yourself.
Once all of your removal goods have been carefully stowed in the container, it will be sealed at your door with a customs seal. The containers are then loaded onto a vessel ready for shipment from a UK port. Depending on the destination, the containers are then delivered to the nearest port, i.e. either to Santa Cruz in Tenerife, Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, Puerto Rosario in Fuerteventura or Arrecife in Lanzarote.
After customs clearance, the containers are transported to our storage warehouse in Santa Ursula. Our staff unloads the containers and after notifying you by telephone your removal goods will be delivered.
The place of delivery isn’t Tenerife? Not a problem! We can transport the containers by ferry to other islands such as Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Gomera, El Hierro or La Palma. Alternatively, the container is directly delivered there and then unloaded with a small lorry.
If you don’t require all of your furniture or household effects right away, we are happy to store it for you and deliver it to you upon agreement.
Full-service removal from door to door
If you don’t have the time to handle all the packing yourself, we are happy to do it for you. This means that we take care of everything from the complete packing of furniture, kitchen and small-scale assembly.
Your personal belongings will be packed and loaded into the container by our professional staff with 100% insurance coverage. By prior arrangement, we will take care of carefully packing and stowing your entire household goods or just crockery, china, and valuable individual items. Our trained staff will pack your delicate goods safely in packing paper, bubble wrap or, if necessary, in foam flakes or in special transport containers. Your furniture is dismantled and reassembled by professionals.
Container Provisioning – self-loading and unloading
As an economical transport option, we positionplace one of our overseas containers at your doorstep and organise the transport to the port as well as the shipping, customs clearance and placement at the destination. You take care of the loading and unloading yourself.
Please note that your household goods must be stowed in such a way that every cavity is filled and nothing can slide. This is the only way to ensure that no damage occurs during transport.
Please bear in mind that if you load the goods yourself, no insurance will cover any damage that may occur to the removal or transport goods. We also recommend that you take out insurance against theft and stranding for your container. We are happy to advise you if you have any further questions.
Our tips for packing fragile items: Be sure to protect dishes and china with dish paper or the packing paper. Place a layer of paper between each plate, and so on. It is also important that you use sturdy, high-quality cardboard boxes, which should be at least double-walled.

Additionally, the container must be fitted with a security lock. You will receive the necessary customs seal from us. If desired, an additional security lock can be fitted by the customer.
